At Aura Malibu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coastal-inspired purchase. If you are not in love with your items, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Malibu warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
